Starting at 8am there was an occasional flash of lightning off to the southwest and the forecast was for periods of rain. It held off until about 2pm and I used my new poncho successfully.

Arrived at Villamentero in time for the bar to sit for the siesta. But there was a bed for me and I was glad for that.
